Hans-Christian Fröhlich has many years of experience in filling vacant executive positions and recruiting specialists. Prior to his activities at panem human resources & consulting, Mr. Fröhlich worked for two of the most prestigious international HR consultancies. His area of expertise comprises securities services, asset management (including private banking) and online banking. In addition to his experience in HR recruiting projects, Mr. Fröhlich gave support to various M&A processes as an HR consultant and consequently has an excellent track record in this area. Apart from his job at panem AG Mr. Fröhlich lectures the subject "personnel & organization" at the college of Mainz.

Nicole Baumbach is responsible for the whole administrative field of panem AG and is the contact for all HR issues. Besides, Ms. Baumbach supervises consulting projects. She is particularly specialized in the recruitment, personnel support and personnel organization fields. Before working at panem AG, she worked as a HR-specialist for a subsidiary of a large international banking group in Frankfurt. During that time, she acquired extensive knowledge in the named fields. In addition, Ms. Baumbach assumed control of different HR consulting projects.
